- Bathroom surfaces & appliances cleaned thoroughly and sanitized.

- Dusting and Polishing of all surfaces, furniture, corners, ceiling fans, faucets, window sills and tracks.
- Cleaning of all floors and floor coverings including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
- Monthly interior inspection: Includes checking for leaks under sinks, around toilet bowls, faucets and windows.
- Free caulking once per year.
Occupied Standard
This package is designed for properties up to 3,000 sq ft, occupied by full time residents.
Two Visits/ Bi-weekly
Four Visits / Weekly
Services Included:
- Laundry: Up to 3 loads of linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths) washed, dried, folded, and placed in designated locations.
- Dusting and polishing all surfaces, furniture, corners, ceiling fans, faucets, window sills & tracks. All bathroom surfaces sanitized.
- Cleaning of all floors and floor coverings including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
- Monthly interior inspection: Includes checking for leaks under sinks, around toilet bowls, faucets and windows.

Occupied Executive
This package is designed for properties up to 3,000 sq ft, occupied by full time residents.

- Strip and make beds (up to 3 beds, additional beds have an additional fee)
- Laundry: Up to 3 loads of linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths) washed, dried, folded, and placed in designated locations.

- Cleaning of all floors and floor coverings.
- Basic stocking of items provided by the homeowner.
- Monthly inspection
- Free caulking once per year.
- Moss treatment & outdoor window washing once per year with annual package.

These items are billed based on the particular needs of each property and the specific service. - Monthly inspection of grounds and written report.
Executive
This package is designed for landscaped properties that need regular weekly maintenance including mowing, weed control and specialized plants and/or equipment.
